أهم فوائد ملح الهملايا ؟
1- ينظم توزّع الماء في كل الجسم .
2- يساعد في تنظيم حمضية وقاعدية الخلايا في الجسم وخاصة خلايا الدماغ منها .
3- يساعد في تأخر الشيخوخة .
4- يدعم صحة الجهاز التنفسي ويساعد على التقليل من الاصابة بالتهابات الجيوب الانفية.

قام معهد (فريسنيوس ) في اوربا بتحليل ملح الهملايا فوجد أن هذا الملح غني بالمعادن النادرة مثل البوتاسيوم والمغنيسيوم اللذين يشجعان على توازن صحي من خلال الحفاظ على السوائل وإعادة ملء الجسم بالاليكتروليت كلما زخَّ الانسان العَرَقْ ولكن هذا الملح للأسف على ما يبدو لا يحتوي على عنصر اليود الضروري !
يباع العديد من أصناف ملح الهملايا بأسعار رخيصة لكنها تُجمَّع من أمكنة عالية نسبيا أقرب الى القمم بدل المناجم العميقة ، حيث تحتوي هذه الانواع منه على نسبة عالية من الشوائب وهي لا تتمتع بذات التركيبة للملح النقي اضافة الى ان الجسم لا يمتصها بسهولة . لذا وجب التأكد عند شرائه !!؟
