أهم فوائد ملح الهملايا ؟
1- ينظم توزّع الماء في كل الجسم .
2- يساعد في تنظيم حمضية وقاعدية الخلايا في الجسم وخاصة خلايا الدماغ منها .
3- يساعد في تأخر الشيخوخة .
