أهم فوائد ملح الهملايا ؟
1- ينظم توزّع الماء في كل الجسم .
2- يساعد في تنظيم حمضية وقاعدية الخلايا في الجسم وخاصة خلايا الدماغ منها .
3- يساعد في تأخر الشيخوخة .
4- يدعم صحة الجهاز التنفسي ويساعد على التقليل من الاصابة بالتهابات الجيوب الانفية.
5- يساعد في الوقاية من تشنج العضلات .
6- يقوي الطاقة الجنسية .
7- ينظم النوم .
8- يساعد في المحافظة على سلامة الشرايين ، وضبط ضغط الدم، اضافة الى دوره الايجابي في سلامة سكر الدم .(والله اعلم)
ليس ملح الهملايا صحياً فحسب بل طعمه لذيذ جداً .والانسان عندما يبدأ بتناوله سيحس بالفرق وقد يترك الملح الاعتيادي !
إذا كان نقياً جداً ، حيث يستخرج من مناجمه الارضية العميقة .
فهو ايضا يستعمل لجميع الاطباق خلال اليوم ومع جميع الاكلات فهو يساعد ايضاً على احداث حالة من التوازن داخل الجسم كمشجع على جعل الاملاح ( الاليكتروليت ) متوازنة .
قام معهد (فريسنيوس ) في اوربا بتحليل ملح الهملايا فوجد أن هذا الملح غني بالمعادن النادرة مثل البوتاسيوم والمغنيسيوم اللذين يشجعان على توازن صحي من خلال الحفاظ على السوائل وإعادة ملء الجسم بالاليكتروليت كلما زخَّ الانسان العَرَقْ ولكن هذا الملح للأسف على ما يبدو لا يحتوي على عنصر اليود الضروري !
يباع العديد من أصناف ملح الهملايا بأسعار رخيصة لكنها تُجمَّع من أمكنة عالية نسبيا أقرب الى القمم بدل المناجم العميقة ، حيث تحتوي هذه الانواع منه على نسبة عالية من الشوائب وهي لا تتمتع بذات التركيبة للملح النقي اضافة الى ان الجسم لا يمتصها بسهولة . لذا وجب التأكد عند شرائه !!؟
ان الضغط الكبير والحرارة قد هذبت بلورات ملح الهملايا فجعلتها شفافة ونقية منذ ملايين السنين الغابرة ، وبعد استخراجها من قبل الانسان في تلك المناطق ( الباكستان والهند والتبت والصين) تم تصنيع ما يعرف ب(( مصباح كريستال ملح الهملايا )) وهذه المصابيح تعتبر أكثر شفافية من مصابيح الملح الاوربي .
ان هذه المصابيح وحسب الدراسات لها فوائد صحية ونفسية داخل البيت او الاسرة ولها على ما يبدو صلة علمية فيزيائية حيث تقوم بامتصاص الايونات الموجبة التي قد تنبعث من الاجهزة الكهربائية والالكترونية والحاسوب والهاتف الذكي .
لكن بعض خبراء حما ية المستهلك في (ساكسن ) في مدينة لايبينزج شرق ألمانيا يقللون من تلك الاهمية لملح الهملايا !؟ ويقولون أنه لا يختلف كثيراً عن الملح التقليدي فيما يتعلق بالصحة العامة .
