عسل المانوكا العضوي

                             

من نيوزلاندا ......... من أرض اللبن والعسل ، ومن  غاباتها النائية الكثيفة  التي تسقى فقط  بمياه الأمطار تم جمع هذا العسل ، وتقديمه مباشرة من خلايا النحل  إلى موائدكم لضمان الحصول على هذا العسل بهذه الطريقة .

إن كل منتجات عسل المانوكا والكانوكا والتي تحتوي على مضادات بكتيريا إضافية وفريدة والتي لا توجد في أي من أنواع العسل الأخرى ،  هي عضوية وطبيعية وخام ونقية ، تم جمعها من نباتات نيوزلاندية ( المانوكا والكانوكا ) و من زهور نبات  الشاي  والذي استخدمه الماويون وهم سكان نيوزلاندا الأصليين وبعدهم  المستوطنين الأوربيين كدواء طبي .

ان عسل المانوكا والكانوكا يحتوي على كميات من مضادات البكتيريا والتي لا توجد في أي عسل آخر والتي تم تسميتها مانوكا المنشط . وهذه المضادات تهدم بشكل طبيعي مكروبات الستافيروس الستريبتوكوكاس المسؤولان عن ألم الحنجرة ونزلات البرد ، وكذلك يستخدم في تضميد التقرحات والحروق ، عد ا بالطبع عن طعمه الحلو الرائع في حالة أخذه كشراب أو استخدامه في الطعام .

كل أنواع العسل يحتوي بشكل أو بآخر على مضادات والذي ينشأ عن  الهايدروجبن فوق الحمضي  ( Peroxide )  والذي يتحول عن طريق النحل  إلى أنزيمات مفيدة ،  غير أن عسل ما نوكا يحتوي أيضا" على مضادات غير حمضية                  ( Non Peroxide )  والتي تساعد على الاستفادة من الخواص العلاجية للعسل ولمدد أطول .

إن كل هذه الخواص العلاجية  الاستثنائية  لعسل مانوكا تجعل منه إكسير الحياة .

إن الزهور بشكل عام لها روائح مختلفة ورحيقها أيضا هو الذي يعطي الطعم للعسل ، وعسل المانوكا ذو النكهة الغنية عدا عن كونه يستخدم كمستحضر طبي بخاصية مضادات البكتيريا .

ما المقصود بالعسل العضوي

 

في الحقيقة فان شرط إنتاج عسل عضوي 100 % يقتضي سلسلة طويلة من الإجراءات والمعايير والشروط  الصارمة التي ينبغي تطبيقها على النحال والمصنع ...

إن عسل شركة  كاريدجيس العضوي مرخص من قبل منظمة  ( CERTNZ) و يتضمن مصدر الرحيق والمنطقة التي يطوف النحل بها لجمع الرحيق ، وإدارة النحل في تلك المنطقة وسلامة القطف ووسائل نقل العسل وسلامة إدارة التصنيع والتي تضمن عدم خلطه مع أي عسل آخر غير عضوي و درجات الحرارة المناسبة ، وأيضا سلامة مواد التعبئة مأخوذة بعين الاعتبار في إعطاء هذا الترخيص .

وكذلك  فان تذوق هذا العسل  يظهر بوضوح عدم وجود أي كيماويات .

إن تسخين العسل إلى درجات حرارة عالية أثناء استخلاصه  يذهب الخواص الجيدة فيه ، وهذا العسل يظهر تبلور حبيبات السكر وهذا دليل على عدم تسخينه لدرجات حرارة عالية للحفاظ على خواصه الايجابية و هذه الحبيبات ما تلبث أن تذوب بسهولة مع الماء الساخن .
