فوائد الفواكه المجففه فى علاج بعض الامراض اليوميه
هنالك العديد من الفوائد الهامه للفواكه المجففه فبجانب القدره على تناولها على المدى البعيد لكونها تعد محفوظه هنالك فوائد اخرى فى علاج بعض الامراض اليوميه منها هشاشة العظام وعلاج الإعياء والنقرس وارتفاع ضغط الدم .
فالزبيب المجفف مثلا لديه القدره على علاج مرض هشاشة العظام خاصة لدى المرأه في سن اليأس وذلك من خلال اضافته لبعض الاطعمه مثل الزبادى الغنى ايضا بالكالسيوم .

قد تكون الفواكه المجففة أكثر فائدة من الفواكه الطازجة في بعض الأحيان، ومن فوائدها أنها تحتوي على ألياف تساعد على تنقية الأمعاء، كما وفيها الكثير من الكالسيوم لذا فهي تقوي العظام، وتحتوي على فيتامينات بنسبة عالية جداً، وهي مفيدة أيضاً لمن لديهم ضعف في النظر.
كما وترفع الفواكه المجففة مناعة الجسم ضد الأمراض، ومن الجيد تناولها وقت السحور حيث تحتوي كميات كبيرة من السكر تعطي الصائم إحساساً بالشبع وقتاً أطول، ومن فوائدها أيضاً أنها تخفض مستوى الكوليسترول في الدم.
وتحتوي الفواكه المجققة أيضاً على الكثير من مضادات الأكسدة والبوليفينول والعناصر الغذائية كالفاكهة الطازجة وربما بنسب أعلى أحياناً، وتساعد في مكافحة مرض السرطان وأمراض القلب.
